Black Vase with Ridges

Approx. 5 1/2”w x 5 1/2”h

Wheel-thrown stoneware vase with a rough black glazed finish on the exterior and a cratered matte black glaze on the interior. This piece was wheel thrown and then the ridges on the exterior were added by hand to give it a gothic, brutalist styling. 

The black finish of this piece makes a bouquet of flowers really pop.  Hand washing recommended for cleaning.

All pottery is packed using 100% recyclable materials. In an effort to reduce my carbon footprint with shipping some cardboard boxes may be previously used but your piece will still arrive in excellent condition.
