Refunds
All sales are final. I am only able to accept cancellations on orders that have not yet been packed or shipped. Please make sure to review the item photos and descriptions prior to purchasing to make sure you get exactly what you want.
Damages and issues
All orders are packed with extra care and consideration, but if your package receives any damage while being shipped, please save the original packaging, take photos of the packaging and product, and contact me within 5 days of receiving it. If an item arrives damaged I’m unable to offer refunds or replacements for claims submitted after the 5-day window.
Lost and Abandoned Items
I am not responsible for any lost or abandoned packages. In the event of a stolen package, refunds will not be provided. Please ensure a secure shipping location is provided at checkout.
