Shipping policy
All ready-to-ship orders are mailed within 2-5 business days and you will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order happens to arrive damaged, please contact me within 5 business days with a photo of the package, the item, and packing materials and I will work with you to fix the issue.
If you provide the wrong shipping details and fail to identify the error until after the parcel has been shipped out, then the lost parcel is your responsibility. Occasionally, an incorrect address can be rectified, and I will of course always try to resolve the situation, but in the case it is lost, I will not offer a refund if the package goes missing.
I am currently only able to offer domestic shipping in the United States.
